For 10 years I have been helping the creative industry to operate efficiently and lawfully. I specialise in assisting marketing agencies, start-ups, fashion & design industries and companies with Italian capital operating in Poland.

Arkadiusz Szczudło

Attorney at law, partner at Creativa Legal, vice president of Creativa Education Foundation, mentor and web developer.

I specialize in new technologies law and legal support for business - including in particular e-commerce and online business. I am an expert in the legal aspects of blockchain technology.

I help entrepreneurs, among others drawing up contracts and regulations, protection of personal data and intellectual property, as well as in the area of advertising and media law. I provide support in combating unfair competition - including the Chinese market.
