"Do or do not. There is no try." – Yoda

Since the beginning of my professional career, I have been involved in the creative sector, fashion and IT in particular. It more than seven years since I started supporting the creative sector, including the fashion industry, by helping and educating in the areas of business and fashion law.

I focus on the area of new technologies, compliance with the GDPR, e-commerce and intellectual property protection. I help clients with issues regarding brand protection as well as fighting against unfair competition, including on the Chinese market.

I have experience as both a lawyer and a business manager. I advise the creative industry, including clothing manufacturers and brands, creative and advertising agencies, film productions and photography agencies, software houses and software developers, as well as designers, photographers, models, graphic designers and developers.
